Honestly, yes.

I reckon people like Sophie Ellis Bextor, Anne Hathaway, Zooey Deschanel are gorgeous.
I'm not a big fan of Scarlett Johansson, but I admit she looks good without any tanning product.
They (obviously) proud of the colour of their skins, even though people think they look like they're sick.
.. which is why you don't see that many nowadays.

How can you say they're healthy when you had a tan?
Just cos you just had a fake tan and your skins became browner doesn't mean your skin actually "glowing" - unless your face is oily then yes i'd say you are glowing.
Until now I still don't see about the healthiness look about fake tan.
